The room was a decent size and updated, with exceptionally comfortable beds. the breakfast was excellent. - the staff was attentive. - the hotel is located in a beautiful area, central to tourist attractions and close to the MAC fitness center. - Convenient location near the airport for just $45. - Early check-in and easy check-out process. - Parking was available nearby.

All of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor were extremely friendly and helpful. We received whatever we requested from the front desk in a prompt and friendly manner. The staff in the breakfast room were so wonderful, expecially Betty. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness of room, proximity to city sites, room rate

Not a complaint -- just an observation. Many other Hilton Garden Inns provide complimentary breakfast. This one didn'T.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the inner harbor area with convenient parking nearby.

Valet parking

The cost. I have stayed at other places that offered a lot more, like contenemtial breakfast and pool/hot tub that cost much less.

The rooms were relaxing and clean with a comfy sofa, comfortable bed, and great views. the location was marvelous and incredible, close to an arts theater. the hotel was in a pretty nice area, just off the science museum and Fells Point for entertainment, which was walkable or a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for breakfast.

The location to Baltimore attractions was fantastic, especially Little Italy and the Power Plant. The rooms were comfortable, but a little on the small side.

I booked two rooms. One for me and my spouse and the other for a friend and his wife. I booked the rooms over a month prior to the reservation and they were for king bed rooms in each room. When we checked in they stated they were over booked and all they had left was one room with a king and one with two double beds. This was an inconvenience and disspaointing especially when you factor in the cost of the room. Management was also now willing to work on a price break for the inconvenience and their mistake.

The view from my room was excellant! I had a view of the Harbor!!

The front desk clerk was a bit rude when I was checking; however I was able to discuss my concerns with a supervisor,who was very pleasant and provide me with complimentary breakfast voucher for my unpleasant experience..

Room had a cozy couch, perfect for lounging. Just a short walk from Fell's Point which was a great spot to explore. 👍

The people were very friendly. And the Valet parking driver was very nice. Room was clean.

The lamps in the room were broken. Would have preferred 1 bed instead of 2. Never received a copy of the bill when we left the hotel. Overall the experience was good. Thank you. Kay

Nice and clean. Big pool and a nice gym. Walking distance in the midle of everything, close to Little Italy, Fells Point, Inner Harbor and congress center. Perfect location for me!

Facilities are really clean overall, which is great 😊 It's super close to the airport and only costs $45 for a ride there. the room is nice and quite spacious, with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep.

locatiion excellent

I was stunned to find the bedlinen and duvet cover had not been ironed, when i told reception staff they got head housekeeper and he said they just washed and folded all linen and did not iron it, i said it was not what I expected from a hilton hotel especially bearing in mind the room cost. I would not stay at a hiltyon hotel again if this is their policy.

The location and the room with the facility of a good gym and ref. and microwave in the room

It tok a while for guest service to answer my calls, ballet parking was a luxury since the price was very high
